Financial Assistance

The YMCA of Greater Williamson County is a non-profit, health and human services organization committed to helping people reach their full potential in spirit, mind and body. The Y recognizes that many of the children and families throughout our community would benefit from Y programs and services but cannot afford to participate. The Y’s commitment to our community assures that financial assistance is available to those who qualify. Our financial assistance is based on a sliding fee scale that is designed to fit each family’s financial situation. Thanks to the generous donors of our Annual Campaign, we are able to make the Y accessible through our Financial Assistance Program. The YMCA of Greater Williamson County is exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the YMCA of Greater Williamson County are deductible in the manner and to the extent of the law. Financial Assistance Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to available funds. The YMCA of Greater Williamson County will provide services for anyone who desires to participate within the available resources of the association. Those not able to pay the full fee may be awarded partial financial assistance based on their demonstrated ability to pay and the Y’s ability to fund the subsidy.
